Methodology
How this report is built
The report filters the quality-gated global house-price set to covered country codes in Asia-Pacific, West and Central Asia, and Africa, then ranks latest annual movement.
Empty or insufficient sections are withheld. Every published row has an approved series, a valid market route and a finite current measure.
Caveats
Limits on comparison
- The grouping is intentionally broad and should not be interpreted as a single economic region.
- Türkiye is presented with West and Central Asia; African coverage reflects only currently approved national snapshots.
- Different index methods and release periods limit direct level comparisons, so the ranking focuses on annual direction.
