Full tableHow it works
One pipeline, every market
Adding a country is a configuration change: define the geography, connect the sources, map the fields. Nothing downstream is rewritten.
01
Ingest
Connectors pull listings and public series on their own cadence, per country.
02
Preserve
Every observation is appended, never overwritten, so history stays reconstructable.
03
Normalize
Currency, area, geography and property type are standardised before anything is counted.
04
Compute
Metrics are recalculated per geography and asset class, with minimum sample sizes.
05
Check
Sample crashes, implausible medians and source failures block publication.
06
Publish
Pages, rankings and the API are generated from whatever survives those checks.
Nothing thin gets published
A market needs a real sample, a reliable source, recent activity and somewhere to link before it earns a URL. 2 tracked markets currently fail that test and are held back.
See what is withheldRead it as data
Every published market is available as JSON on the same values the pages render, so a chart and an API response can never disagree.
