Methodology

How this report is built

The report filters the quality-gated global house-price set to covered country codes in North and South America, then ranks the latest official annual movement.

Empty or insufficient sections are withheld. Every published row has an approved series, a valid market route and a finite current measure.

Caveats

Limits on comparison

  • Only countries with a current quality-gated national series are shown; absence is not evidence of a flat market.
  • National indices differ in housing stock, geography and transaction stage.
  • Changes are nominal and should be read alongside local inflation and financing conditions.
